1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing aurexbiolabs.com or placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the site.
2. Eligibility (21+)
You must be at least 21 years of age and a qualified research professional acting on behalf of a laboratory, institution, or research entity. Age confirmation is required on entry, and you warrant that all information you provide is accurate.
3. Research Use Only
All products are sold strictly for in-vitro laboratory research. They are not drugs, foods, cosmetics, or medical devices, and are not for human, veterinary, diagnostic, or therapeutic use. Products must be handled only by trained personnel in an appropriate laboratory setting.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to: administer products to humans or animals; resell or repackage products for consumption; add products to consumer goods; misrepresent the intended use of any product; or use the site to violate any applicable law, regulation, or import restriction.
5. Orders, Pricing, and Payment
All orders are subject to acceptance and product availability. Prices are shown in USD and may change without notice. We may cancel or refuse any order, including where we believe the Research Use Only conditions may be violated.
6. No Warranties
Products are provided "as is" for research purposes. Except for conformity with the published Certificate of Analysis specifications, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Aurex BioLabs is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for misuse of products outside their intended research purpose. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount paid for the product giving rise to the claim.
8. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Aurex BioLabs against any claim, loss, or expense arising from your handling, storage, or use of products purchased from us.
9. Intellectual Property
All site content, branding, imagery, and documentation are the property of Aurex BioLabs and may not be reproduced without permission.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Texas.
11. Changes
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance.
