1. Research Use Only
All Aurex BioLabs products are sold exclusively For Research Use Only (RUO) in a controlled in-vitro laboratory setting. They are not drugs, dietary supplements, foods, cosmetics, or medical devices.
2. Not for Human, Veterinary, Diagnostic, or Therapeutic Use
No product sold on this site may be administered to humans or animals, used in any diagnostic procedure, or used to prevent, treat, cure, or mitigate any condition. Any such use is a misuse of the product and is expressly prohibited.
3. Age & Qualification (21+)
By entering this site and placing an order you confirm you are at least 21 years of age and a qualified research professional or an authorized purchaser for a research institution. Age confirmation is required on first visit.
4. Buyer Assumes Responsibility
The buyer assumes full responsibility for the safe handling, storage, transport, use, and lawful disposal of all products, and for compliance with all applicable federal, state, local, and international laws and institutional policies. Title and risk pass to the buyer on delivery.
5. Regulatory Disclaimer
These products have not been evaluated or approved by the FDA or any other regulatory authority for safety or efficacy in humans or animals. No claim of therapeutic benefit is made or implied anywhere on this site.
6. Prohibited Uses
Resale for human or animal consumption, repackaging into consumer products, compounding for administration, and misrepresentation of intended use are strictly prohibited and are grounds for immediate order cancellation and account termination.
7. Analytical Documentation
A Certificate of Analysis with HPLC purity and mass-spectrometry identity data is published for every batch. COA data describes analytical characteristics only and is not a safety, quality, or fitness-for-use claim for any in-vivo application.
