We collect only what is necessary to process and fulfill research orders: name, email address, shipping address, order contents, and reference codes. Payment is completed through third-party payment services - we do not receive or store full payment card or bank credentials.

We also collect limited technical data (browser type, device type, pages visited) to keep the site secure and functional.

Order fulfillment and shipping, customer support, fraud and abuse prevention, compliance with the Research Use Only conditions of sale, and required recordkeeping.

3. We Do Not Sell Your Data

Aurex BioLabs does not sell, rent, or trade personal information. Information is shared only with service providers who help us operate (for example shipping carriers and payment processors), and only to the extent needed to perform that service, or where required by law.

We use functional cookies and local storage for cart contents, session state, and age confirmation. Disabling them may break site functionality.

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information. Deletion requests may be limited by records we are legally required to retain.
