1. Processing Time

Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1-2 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or holidays begin processing the next business day.

2. Shipping Methods

Standard: tracked domestic delivery, typically 3-5 business days after dispatch.

Overnight: flat $40 per order, next-business-day delivery after dispatch where the carrier services the destination. The overnight fee is not waived by any free-shipping threshold or promotional code.

3. Packaging

All orders ship in discreet, unbranded outer packaging with no product names on the exterior. Temperature-sensitive compounds ship with cold-pack insulation.

4. Tracking

A tracking number is emailed as soon as your order is marked shipped. Carrier scan updates can lag by up to 24 hours.

5. No Delivery Guarantees

Transit times are carrier estimates, not guarantees. We are not responsible for carrier delays, weather events, customs holds, or incorrect addresses supplied at checkout. Overnight fees are not refundable for carrier-caused delays.

6. International Orders

Where international shipping is available, the buyer is the importer of record and is solely responsible for all duties, taxes, and compliance with local import law. Packages seized or refused by customs are not eligible for refund.

7. Shipment Protection

Free shipment protection is included on every order - packages confirmed lost, damaged, or stolen in transit are replaced at no cost.
