1. What Is Covered
Any product that arrives damaged, incorrect, or failing to meet the specifications published on its Certificate of Analysis will be replaced or refunded at our discretion.
2. Timeframe
Claims must be reported within 14 days of delivery. Claims submitted after 14 days may not be eligible.
3. How to Request
Email support@aurexbiolabs.com with your order reference code, the batch/lot ID printed on the vial label, a description of the issue, and photos of the product and packaging as received.
4. Not Covered
Opened, reconstituted, or improperly stored products; products damaged by handling after delivery; orders refused or undeliverable due to incorrect address details provided at checkout; and buyer's remorse or change of research direction.
5. Lost or Stolen Shipments
Shipment protection is included on every order. Packages confirmed lost, stolen, or destroyed in transit are replaced at no cost once the carrier claim window has passed.
6. Processing
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5-10 business days of approval. Replacement shipments are dispatched on the next business day after approval.
